Refund / Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through AirHorizon.

Cancellations

To cancel a booking, call us at (844) 833-1026. Cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline, hotel, or travel provider. Some fares and rates are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the provider's policy. If a refund is eligible, it will typically be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the provider approves it.

Changes and modifications

Changes to flights, hotels, or dates may incur fees from the provider. We will quote any fees before processing a change.

No-show policy

If you do not use a booked service and do not cancel in advance, the provider's no-show policy applies and refunds may not be available.
